Oure show TENDER MERCIES premiered in Smock Alley Main Space on February 16th & 17th as part of the Scene + Heard 2017 festival before going to the Garter Lane Theatre in Waterford on March 2nd, 3rd & 4th.  Here are some of the reviews we received.

"Colette Cullen's script layers Mary Fortune's journey with telling detail....Denise Quinn dazzles as Mary Fortune.  Her expressive eyes always seem to include and her gestures are the movements of a woman on the edge." Waterford News & Star

"Quinn blows life into her character and creates an unforgettable one woman show.  Her doubtlessly outstanding performance is hugely suported by the thoroughly written script.  You cry, you laugh, you are left in awe....a must-see of the year." Unforgetable Lines

Our last show YES completed a successful run in The Pearse Centre Theatre as part of the International Dublin Gay Theatre Festival from May 9th to May 14th, 2016.  Denise Quinn (GINA) was nominated Best Female Performer in the Gala Awards.  Here are some of the reviews we received.

"Cullen's characters are deeply touching with each single one of them being a beautifully fleshed out person. Moreover, the ensemble of four brilliant actors does wonderful justice to their respective characters" Unforgetable Lines

"It would be impossible to single one performance out of this ensemble, who are all very well served by Cullen's tightly wound script...Cullen succeeds in creating an uplifting, clever and funny piece that has real heart." The Outmost

Here are some of the reviews of BLIND DATE at the International Dublin Gay Theatre Festival from May 11th to 16th, 2015.  Conor Marren (MARK) was nominated Best Male Performer in the Gala Awards.  BLIND DATE was also shortlisted for RTE's P J O'Connor Radio Drama Awards 2015.

"It is a testament to Cullen's writing, and four great performances from Laura Canavan-Hayes, Michael O'Kelly, Conor Marren and Alan McNally...that Blind Date never descends into melodrama and hits a nail on the head that is rarely tackled. Canavan-Hayes has a line that will have you cringing in your seat, and she delivers it with such realism, you forget you're watching a play...The bar has been steadily rising over the past 12 years of the Dublin International Gay Theatre Festival, this play brings it a notch higher." Brian Finnegan, GCN/Outmost.com

"Cullen guides her cast with the same approachingly poignant touches with which she moulds her script" Joe Madsen, The Thin Air

"Without giving anything away, the theme this play deals with is unexpected, powerful and certainly worth an audience. All the cast perform their roles to the best of their very-clear ability...both light humour and powerful drama are to be found in this play" Scott de Buitléir, EILE Magazine

"the four actors here all do a really good job in their roles and handle the often gritty material well...Worth checking out" Frances Winston, No More Workhorse.

Here are some of the reactions we received to our production BEASTS in Smock Alley as part of Collaborations 2015 on February 18th and 19th, 2015.
